Permanent eyeliner involves using a tattooing technique to apply ink along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner. This enhances the eyes without the use of liquid liners and pencils.
Lip blushing is semi-permanent, tattooed makeup that tints your lips using a cosmetic tattoo gun (on a low setting) and water-based inks.
